Zera Garden is a small, passionate business located in Cranbourne South, Victoria, just 50km southeast of Melbourne. We specialize in a wide selection of vegetable seedlings, with a focus on Asian plants.

Zera Garden supplies our products and complies with Australian Consumer Law.

We send vegetable seedlings to VIC, NSW, Canberra, and QLD.
Shipping Method and Costs.
All online orders are delivered via Australia Post Express Post to ensure quick and safe delivery. Shipping and handling fees start at a flat rate of $19.95. Once your order is shipped, we will email you the tracking number.
Placing orders.
Please check all product descriptions before checking out. If your order is incorrect or arrives in poor condition due to shipping issues, please email us at zeragarden@zeragarden.com.au and attach photographs of the seedlings so we can see the problem and take steps to identify and solve it.
Order Process, cancelling orders, and Dispatch Schedule.
Seedlings are dispatched from Cranbourne, VIC 3977 on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
All online orders are processed as early as possible to ensure they are dispatched on the next available shipping day. Your order will not be picked and packed for shipping until full payment.
We do not have a minimum order quantity; feel free to order any amount.
If you place and pay for an order and then decide to cancel it before it is shipped, a $20 administration charge will be applied to cover processing costs. The remaining balance will be refunded within 10 working days. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Non-stock items or items made to order cannot be cancelled, and prepayment is required at the time of the order. We do not accept “change-in-mind” returns with no valid reason.
Upon receiving the order delivery, the purchaser must inspect and inform Zera Garden of any issues related to packaging and delivery within 1-2 days.
If an ordered plant is out of stock, we will contact you to offer a substitute of the closest variety of plants where possible, a refund if a similar variety is unavailable, or wait for the complete order when items are back in stock. We will notify you of the progress as early as possible.
Order packaging and handling
We will always select the best quality plants for your order and take special care when packaging seedlings for safe delivery via Express Post. Please take special care when unpacking and transplanting. We cannot take responsible for damage caused by improper handling after delivery. Please ensure seedlings are transplanted as soon as delivered.
